In 2016, Synergy Global Housing opened its first fully-branded property—an 85-unit apartment building in Sunnyvale, California. I was tasked with creating all of the sales collateral, guest neighborhood guides, and promotional content. In other words, I turned furnished apartments into an experience worth booking. I highlighted community features, local amenities, and everything that made a short-term stay feel like a home run.
