AMA Austin

I originally joined the Austin chapter for the American Marketing Association in the spring of 2020in search of marketing networking opportunities. I was asked to join the volunteer committee as Event Communications Coordinator, overseeing all promotional content for AMA Austin’s series of COVID-inspired virtual events. These responsibilities included building landing pages, registration pages, writing event outlines and copy, and social media marketing.

I was then asked to serve as the VP of Communication for the 2022-2023 Board Year, where I am currently leading all communication efforts for the trade industry group including Press Releases, Web Management, Email Communications, Volunteer and Membership Drive outreach, and more.
